Installation was completed on June 11th, 2008.
We are happy to announce that we finished installing the picture at 255 East Main Street. Wow, what a big difference! Comparing before and after, it looks like two different sights. Yes, that's what we wanted to see.

Installation day: June 8th, 2008, 7:00 am to 9:30am.
It was very quiet and nice weather on Sunday morning. That's perfect for our installation. We got a lift and installed the top part of the picture. Shane and Mike, who always help us to install, are becoming good installers. The installation was going well until we figured out that one panel was missing. So we had to stop there without installing two panels. We are planning to finish this Wednesday. Even without two top panels the picture looks wonderful. I love this picture because of the strong color, nice smiles, mixed races and positive message. I want to see more scenes like that everyday in Rochester. That should be our goal. Ken Sato

It was very hot today. We all sweated. But it is always great making progress. The bottom half is almost done. Hopefully we’ll be able to finish in Sunday morning- it is usually very quiet and easy to work in Main St.
